Mark Levin Rips ‘Bad Cops’ Comey and McCabe: ‘They Politicized the FBI’

“Life, Liberty & Levin” host Mark Levin ripped former FBI brass James Comey and Andrew McCabe as “bad cops” who “politicized the FBI.”

Levin said that, as a former top member of the Justice Department staff during the Reagan administration, he could tell a politicized firing from a legitimate one.

He said that the Office of Professional Responsibility within the FBI investigates wrongdoing and suggested to Attorney General Jeff Sessions that McCabe be fired.

Levin said the folks in that office, as well as DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, are “civil servants” and not political ideologues.

He said Comey and McCabe were “bad cops” who would obstruct certain investigations like the one into Hillary Clinton, while accelerating others, like the one into President Trump.

Levin also said that in the time since McCabe stepped down, new FBI Director Christopher Wray must be “in the witness protection program.”

Wray, a former attorney for former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R), was nominated by Trump after Comey was fired.

Levin added that “jerks” within the Obama administration with spotty records of their own should be the last ones to criticize the Trump administration’s decision to fire McCabe.

He said former CIA Director John Brennan, who posted a scathing tweet against Trump, once had to apologize for his employees’ spying on the Senate Intelligence Committee after previously denying such activity.

“The Obama administration did more to interfere in the election than… Putin,” Levin added.
